This was our third visit to Radisson Tsinandali. As always, their property is phenomenal, along with the lovely Georgian and European food they have and the two pools, one in Radisson, one can be converted into an indoor pool. Our feedback would be to possibly convert the Radisson rooftop pool to an adults-only pool, as there are times the other pool (which already has a kids pool) gets busy and loud, and people that are looking for a relaxing time at the collection and have paid an ample amount of money can relax without the disturbances, caused by children. In addition, the rooftop pool had only five umbrellas to accommodate 28 loungers, which were available on a first-come, first serve basis. This seems a bit unrealistic with the heatwave in Europe. Secondly, we were surprised to see Luka, the sommelier moved to another bar, his presence at the Library bar as an expert was undoubtedly missed. There is a certain je ne sais quoi needed by a person, which we found the Library bar overlooking this time. In fairness, we thought Luka would be a Library bar manager by now with his expertise. But that’s up to the management to decide. Overall a lovely stay we will visit again; however, we will inquire first beforehand this time if some of the above suggestions have been taken into consideration.

We stayed at Tsinandali while on a wine tour in Kakheti. The property is beautiful, from the park-like grounds to the roof-top infinity pool, and the breakfast (both food and courtyard) were second to none. And the hotel staff were very kind to the (very sweet) local dogs who seemed to live on the property -- we really appreciated that. Our room was very nice, but we booked a room with a balcony and didn't get one (though we were there so little that it didn't matter) and we struggled to get the A/C to work properly. But these were minor points in an otherwise lovely stay - I would very happily book again.

Staff is ready to assist, however not on par with proper 5* hotels across the world. Maybe Georgia is not ready to accommodate the most demanding guests. Communication is difficult due to the poor English language knowledge, therefore many requests can be lost in translation 😀. The estate is an amazing place, the buildings are full of character. The Library is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in a hotel.

-Beautiful estate - lovely buildings, grounds, rooms and furnishings -Stunning pool options -Great breakfast spread, choice of restaurants -Amazing wine tasting experience - special shout to the sommelier Luca for spending extra time with us to show us the vineyards too -Enjoyed the hotel so much that we added an extra night to our initial stay

Lesley

Relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious retreat in the heart of Georgia's wine valley! We loved our stay here and enjoyed dining at the restaurant, exploring the property's grounds and museum, and relaxing at the pool and sauna. The staff were very attentive and helpful whenever we had questions.
